Le nom de chaque particule est indiqué en-dessous du personnage qui la représente.

Une courte présentation (en Anglais) apparait également lorsque la souris passe sur l’image correspondante.

Par example, pour le “tau”, on peut lire:

 

« In 1976, the tau is unexpectedly discovered at SLAC (USA) in electron-positron collisions. It was the first observed member of the third family. 3500 times heavier than the electron, it is unstable but it interacts in the same way as the electron and the muon with other elementary particles. »
